Some key points to our program:
Income Limits-Cannot have total house hold income of over $74,050.00 per year for house holds with 1-4 persons or $97,750.00 for 5-8 persons. FHA and VA do not have these limits.
Credit Score:Credit score should be at least 640 for the middle score of a tri-merged credit report. If it's not this good maybe 1-2-3 mortgage can give you some help raising the score.
Ownership of multiple properties: Not permitted. The client must not own any other adequate housing at the time of closing. All mobile homes, not on permament foundations is deemed inadquate. We have torn down existing houses and rebuilt on the same site.
