| Monthly Debts
The monthly debts you would need to include in your application would be items such as a car payment, bank note (but not any mortgage debt),credit card, education loans, revolving accounts such as Sears etc. You would also need to include things such as child support and alimony. You would not include utilities, telephone, insurance and things of this nature. Generally debts with less than 9 months left until pay off would not have to be included(6 months on RHS loans).
