Rural America Homes,Inc. has built hundreds of homes here in Western Kentucky. While we can and do build custom homes we prefer to build homes in the $75,000.00 to 175,000.00 range.

We particularly like to help people, who for whatever reason, don't have 20% of the purchase price for a down payment. In fact many of our homes are built with 100% financing, including the lot if needed, with low fixed interest rates.

We have several plans that we build from and these homes are prepriced. If you already have a plan we will be happy to price it for you as well. Our homes are built from the ground up and are completed and ready to move into. They are not modular or mobile homes.

Our homes are built according to state and local Kentucky construction codes. We have independent inspectors inspect our homes during construction.

Pre-plumbed for an ice maker
